GT380 CLUTCH PUSHRODS
Hi
Sorry for the slightly dull question.....
On taking my engine completely apart, I noticed a small single ball bearing at the bottom of the sprocket cover after I had taken the clutch pushrod out of that side. However, I have checked the Haynes manual, and another I found online, and can find no mention of it anywhere - all that is mentioned is the 2 pushrods and the top hat (bit that pushes the pressure plate out). When reassembled (before starting the engine), the actuation seems fine without any steel ball in the system.....but I do not want to ruin my first rideout worrying, so if any of you fine people could put my mind at rest and let me know if the ball is needed or not, I would really appreciate it.

Ball
Pete,
I went to this page: http://www.alpha-sports.com/suzuki_parts.htm
And looked thru the pix to see if a ball is on it, I might be wrong but it could be from part #22?
Anyone else agree?
Steve

Thanks for drawing the site to my attention, but the ball would belong either between numbers 13/14 or 14/19.
It appears to work fine without........so here's hoping!
