Help out with posting pics

Can someone tell me how to post pics up either from my own computer or from another website?

Of course I can, in the box, just below the subject box, is a row of icons, the 16th is the image box (hover your mouse over them to get pop ups), if you click this it will prompt for a URL of where your pic is hosted, enter it and hit <CR>. This will insert some "code" in your post wherever the cursor was, this is the code for the pic (you can use the preview button to check)

If you need it hosted, then click the 15th icon along, which will give you some dialogue to upload it, and when done, the 3rd box gives you the URL yo paste into the image box...
