I like the pink, and my boyfriend says you're not to pick on me!

Hi Kyle,
If you select profile and then select the avatar tab at the top there are some ways of doing it.
The easiest way is to browse you computer for a picture but the picture has to be no bigger than 150 x 200 pixels and no larger than 64k in size.
The url way is if you have your picture already online (like in photobucket) and you would just paste the url in the space.
P.S hope he dont ban me for putting my KH avatar up, my 380 isnt ready for her pretty picture for about a week

Re: Hi - it's Clivey....!
Phew!
Just to test a piccy out here's what it was like when I got it last October.
Its nearly done, just sorting out a good set of pipes (I have 15 lol) and just need to take a peek in the left pot as it has quite a rattle. Hope have it's MOT at the end of the month ready for April

Re: Hi - it's Clivey....!
Thanks for the avatar help Rit. The bike looks good. I cant wait to see it finished. The engine looks pretty clean. I have polished and polished mine, but I just cant get the oxidation out of it. Gas tank and side covers being painted at the moment. getting them back next week. Ill post some pics then.
P.S. My avatar pic is of me getting my bike after an 8 hour drive to seattle to pick it up. you got to do what you got to do right?
No offense to the old site Clive. But this one kicks ass compared to it.

Yeah, I'm really pleased with it - I need to get all the "old forumites" to migrate now....
Get yourself a "polishing kit" - a set of felt bobs that you put on the end of a power drill, they come with a series of polishing compounds in varying degrees of coarsness - they take a lot of labour out of it!
Oh, and here's mine and Nick Jefferys bikes 2 weeks ago:

Re: Hi - it's Clivey....!
It's a 'B' - 1977, the colour scheme is non standard for a 'B', but it was what I wanted, I was doing it, so I had it! Lol.
The pipes are great - a very distinct crackle - Nick has more conventional tails on his - which give it an equally lovely, but deeper note. The noise of the 2 together on song is amazing though.
....and they did attract a lot of attention outside the pub too!

Hi Every one and Cliv,,,
First... Hi Clivey ,,
It's me Michel ... you answer to me about the CCi oil on the old forum ... thank's for telling me about this one I'll keep an eye on it be sure....
Hello Everyone,
I'm from Granby, Quebec in Canada . My real name is Michel and nicknamed as L' Pap (The Pope) . This nickname is a long story , it was give to me by friends in the BMW Club Quebec because the first BMW I own was purchase by the police force to escort the real Pope in 1984 when he came here in Quebec. So since they knew I was riding that motorcycle they nicknamed my motorcycle the Pope mobile and so nicknamed me The Pope witch we write in french " L' Pap ".
I've been riding motorcycle since 1974 and my first real motorcycle was a 1974 GT380 yellow... since then I bought alot of motorcycle (over 30) and still riding and enjoying ... I now own a BMWR100GSPD 1990 white and red original and just purchase a GT380 1976 ,,, I should have it here in a couple days from now. We are Marsh 25/2008 When it will be here I'll take a pic and when I'll have time I'll post it here to show you.
Believe it or not I'm almost as anxious as when I waited for my first motorcycle... I'don't know if it is melancholy but I'm anxious to see it close because I bought it by internet and couple pics the guy email me... anyway will see.
I'm now 51 years old , school bus driver part time and also make one wheel motorcycle trailer to be pull by motorcycle. If you guy's went to see the product just follow that link. www.monogo.com You can see me on the pic , I'm the one with the trailer in one arm. Don't worry I'm not so strong it only weight 54 pounds.
I would like to know where are you guy's located ??? ro at list the web master and of course if you want to tell any one of you guy's....
Kind regards
L' Pap

Hey Michel, thanks for the brief bio - hope the 380 stirs as many feelings for you as mine does me - and it always draws a croud!
FYI - I'm in Gosport, Hampshire, UK - between Southampton and Portsmouth, and opposite the Isle of Wight - about as far South in th UK as you can go ....
